Message What most people here fail to understand is that although I may have the highest number of posts where peoples' orders have been delayed, no one has gotten screwed and the vast majority of exchanges go off without a hitch. But the way this forum operates, it makes it appear that every single exchange has taken forever and all of my customers are dissatisfied. If this really were the case, and been the case for as long as everyone on that bandwagon wants it to look like, how can any of you argue the fact I have been doing this for years as my sole source of income? It may be news to some, but the Z32 is not the biggest market in the world - it is a speck on the map. How can one actually piss off every one of their customers and still remain in business for this length of time in such a small niche market? Answer: they cant. Just look at Chip Ginn or George from Boost Solutions... But hey, I'm still here, aren't I? Or would one go so far as to suggest that all of my customers are just blundering idiots? Come on, for real??

Adriano made a post stating that his ECU took 15 days - it didn't. And he didn't mention the fact that there were still modification discussions we were having about the turbochargers and fuel type he was planning to use which would make a difference in the programming. That is what stirred up this entire post. I was in contact with him the whole time - he knew when the ECU was shipped and I provided a tracking number for it. It took a little longer than either of us expected but it is a custom 2-program tune and he received the product.

So hopefully my new post (new post from 10PM this evening) will help to clarify the fact that I do not have the capability of operating an "I'll have it there yesterday" business - the custom work I do takes time, just like your oil pan modification did.
